In other news its Ash Wednesday and want chocolate but I'm not allowed any

At my old job, I had a key card to get into the office and the bathroom was outside. So I put my card in my back pocket, went to the bathroom, and didn't notice that it had fallen into the toilet when I was pulling my pants up until I had flushed and down the pipes it went.

It was really fun telling my manager what happened. In retrospect, I should've made up some other story.
