I mean I don't like Tara and Johnny. But, I think people need to calm down about criticism of their favorites. I love James/Cipres but sometimes their elements aren't the best! No skater is perfect.

I'm all for constructive criticism during the skate but why would they feel the need to degrade the performance before it has even begun?

But really, if someone beats that because they were in the "final group", which happens to also contain Z/E, then that's the stupidest thing ever. That was utter perfection. Not a fault in it. Not one. At least not as far as I could see.

Wow - Great job by Meagan and Eric!! They should be very proud of themselves for putting out three very solid performances so far. I really like this program for them, as I think that it allows them to be calm and breathe together as they skate.

Duhamel / Radford (CAN)

Solid catch in the triple twist. Completed sbs 3Lz, a little out of unison. Good landing on the throw 3Lz (looks like a little bit of a tap of the landing foot actually on replay), and fantastic speed through the death spiral. Strong rotation in the reverse rotational lift and fantastic speed through the multidirectional combo spin to the music. Good flow through the step sequence.

That's pretty much the best they could have skated that program. I wish there was more connection between them and that those triple lutzes were better timed. I'm not sure if this music is the absolute best for this pair, but that was a very solid bid for the bronze position.
