2018 Olympic Figure Skating Team Event Day 2

Snowboarding was already on earlier today - why am I watching this instead of figure skating again NBC? :palmf:

A walk to remember, teenage times for me, the time I was still young and full of dreams...

Ahhh yes, I would’ve been 18 when it came out... I miss those days. Now I’m 34 and full of cake and babies and sarcastic cynicism sprinkled with self deprecation ... :laugh2:

The Israel team has been such a delight so far.

I was so happy when I found out Israel was going to be in the team event. I'm Jewish so Israel is important to me in a way. Plus a number of my family members on my mom side dated or married Israelis and had children with said Israeli spouses, so Israel is in my family in a way.

Can't wait for NBC coverage to conveniently resume just as Bradie is about to skate :sarcasm:

To any NBC streamers - does anyone find the 1/3 crap of nonsense taking up the screen *very distracting* I don't want to see the coaches and the technical elements, or a giant flag in real time like this, it's awful.

because USA won gold and NBC loves showing figure skating and make us stay awake up to 5 am instead of showing snowboard ... im so mad

Li Xiangning

Good 3F+2T to open, and strong speed through the combo spin. Li has wonderful centering in her spins. Solid 3Lz as well, looks to be on the correct edge, and a clean 2A as well. Step sequence could have deeper curves, and a nice layback spin, though a bit late with the music.

I've enjoyed Li since the GP. I hope she gets a triple triple because she has lovely qualities!!
