2018 Olympic Figure Skating Team Event Day 2

I’ve never seen an athlete do so well in her Olympic debut yet look so absolutely bored with everything...

Btw, what’s with the whole Yvgenia Medvedeva thing? Why can’t we just be consistent...

"Yevgenia" apparently

I'm not all that invested in this - except for Dabin Choi. I want a fantastic skate for her, everyone deserves that on Olympic home ice.

I know I read it again and realize what you said sorry, I have been watching bradie since 2016 and I'm so proud of her hard work paying off

Hey, we're on the same side! I like Bradie. I get why people aren't entertained by her, but she definitely impresses me with her strong basics. The other stuff will come with time.

Evgenia looks like she's on fire. Hope she doesnt give all her energy for team and leave some for individual

Jesus Christ, guys. Bradie didn't pick herself, she didn't score herself, she didn't proclaim herself US national champion. She came on the ice and skated a technically perfect program. Nothing more. Nothing less.

On NBC Streaming (paraphrasing) "In modern skating the (spin) positions are much more inventive with more features" ...

Uh ... that's just totally arbitrary requirements from COP that somebody made up for unclear reasons.

Who is doing that commentating anyway? The guy seems totally clueless. Getting basic things wrong like ages of skaters.

Last group is on... Barring mistakes from these three, it should go Evgenia, Carolina and Osmond for 1 2 & 3 by the end of the night. But ICE is slippery, so we'll see...

My problem with this is that she's already 20. That's not so old as for her to retire, but most people start working on the "other things" way earlier than that.
