Not totally sure, but think it's when a skater underperforms, it is attributed to those who never fall, or slay the others. This competition we have Bradie, Camden and Alysa as the slayers so far.

If it's 'Bradie Tennell slay count' it just means we record the number of men who score a total below hers as the number that she (BT) has slayed. Same thing if it's Mirai Nagasu or Alysa Liu or whoever.
