Yes, I wish judges were fair though. Jason's PCS should be sky-high... Vincent...haha. But, sometimes they hammer skaters on TES when they should be hammering them on PCS. It feels like a fight between the technical panel and the judges. lol

Some of Zhou's Quads WERE URed. Was the tech panel harsh? Probably. But there were URs.
