2018 World Synchro Skating Championships

I misread the time so I missed Team Aus, dang.

Team Czech is on the ice now though and their routine was quite fun.

I've never really watched synchro so I was catching up on the SP yesterday and it was quite exciting, plus some teams have men in them, neat!

Yes, isn't it  I find synchro very fascinating to watch though not knowing all the rules. Now with the tech box and listening to competent commentators I’m enjoying it even more. Also admirably that many teams do this as a hobby. Love their team spirit and great passion.

Dorispulaski uploads all performances in this thread

Wow Marigold

I hope they'll be in top... and then just one team left... GO team Surprise!

ETA Whart a score: 136.41!

Team Surprise also WOW… but will it beat Marigold? It will be close :reye:

Congratulations to

Gold Marigold
Silver Surprise
Bronze Paradise

Good fighting all teams competing :hap10:

BIG CONGRATULATIONS TO MARIGOLD:hap57::yes2:
Team Surprise was good and i did almost bite my nails when wait for points.
Funny thing in Globen Stockholm i think there was more people from finland than from Sweden:clapper:
Now i hope that in next Olympic synchro will be there too.

Sorry, but I'm new here. Can anyone tell me why there are two instances of synchro worlds on the ISU site? I'm confused. Thanks!

They are showing links for the recently passed worlds 2018 in Stockholm, the next in 2019 in Helsinki, and the following Worlds, 2020 in Colorado Springs.

Paradise turned into to one of the worst teams in the world on group lifts apparently

Apparently. I hope I'll read a clarification somewhere. I'm a little rusty on my synchro rules so I don't know if the aborted lift by one group (second one) means an automatic downgrade of one level.

But that first lift?
