2019 US Nationals Senior Men's SP

Wow. That was fantastic from Sean.

To my dying day I will never understand why he doesn't have a full roster of 3A and quads. He makes the jumps look as easy as breathing. Light, easy, smooth... they're just gorgeous.

Sean is everything that is right and pure about men’s figure skating:yahoo:

Oh no! He was doing pretty well until that spin :hopelessness:

(Edit: I'm talking about Andrew Austin, not Sean BTW)

. They said on skate radio that last year he weighed 240 lbs and was competing in intermediate men. So WOW. I believe he started skating to lose weight. So Andrew Austin, one to watch in future?

Great back story for Andrew

And also for Kevin, MIT full time student

That takes crazy smarts. Does he also compete in collegiate? I know Ryan Bradley did, can you do both at the same time?

I don’t know. He did research on the physics of skateboarding though, he has a web page somewhere on MIT.
