I said it will ne an overkill by her if she would skate at her level and that's exactly what she did.

Kudos to Nastya Tarakanova as well. She needs 3+3 combo in the SP but still good performance.

Also good skate by Tsibinova and deserved 2nd place.

Predictions are always confusing. Anna with just one quad was basically on the level of Sasha with four, so it will depend on how fast she can recover from her pneumonia. She's back in training BTW.

hard to tell, anything can happen in a year, injuries, growth spurts, the rising of another skater, a bad skate just when you needed to be clean, and ice is always slippery. it's better not to crown somebody way before her/his time
