I mean sure. People have boundary issues online. Personally, though, I have yet to figure out why we were being served with a smorgasbord of videos about her injury/non-injury/whatever we are supposed to think about it now. What was the actual point? And why did whichever journalist or telegram hooligan run with it? And why are there long posts still discussing it and "defending" random coaches and skaters on this thread, and the fan fest of the skater concerned, with "research" and "evidence" which can basically be summed up as "obsession". Do you not see how it looks or...?5) telling a thirteen year old girl on the internet that her coaches donât have their best interest in mind because they let her do what she loves (without apparent pain) during a competitive season is prwtt
Lol, tf is this text. Whoâs gaslighting which 13 year olds?1) A ligament injury is not âmore seriousâ than a broken bone, you can train on injured ligaments, you cannot train on a broken leg or toe (re: Anna)
2) after checking your translation yes, itâs an ankle ligamentâ not hip as insta translates it to. HOWEVER it is still not a broken bone, and peopleâs perception of injury severity is still incredibly warped
3) people skate on one skate all the time, for edge exercises, to keep the feel of the ice, etc. This is routine
4) ligament injuries especially to the ankle which is such a complex joint are often not bothered by many actionsâ it is only specific ones that are. For example, when Iâve sprained my ankles before playing soccer I would have the whole thing swollen and purple and bruised all season long but would only feel pain when turning a certain way, or misstepping to land on the side of my footâ sprinting, running, and most actions unaffected. This is also why sprinters and runners who tear their ACL will not actually get them repaired until the end of their professional careerâ they donât need to move that particular direction when sprinting short distances, especially if braced for track turns.
5) telling a thirteen year old girl on the internet that her coaches donât have their best interest in mind because they let her do what she loves (without apparent pain) during a competitive season is pretty messed up.
My final words are STOP GASLIGHTING 13 YEAR OLDS into believing theyâre experiencing abuse because you have an overly weird fixation on every single thing that happens in their life and career. Itâs creepy. This fixation on her doing a f%&* cartwheel or skating on one skate is creepy.
And who said anything about abuse?
Plush announced an injury of his student as to why she wouldnât be attending an international competition, and a bunch of people ran with it, leading to him posting clarifying content as an addendum. Is he the most tactful with his student management? No not really. But I think making professional announcements on behalf of your underaged skater are significantly different than speculating abusive environments when not backed up by the skaters themselves.I mean sure. In general, why is there this obsession with posting every single second of the life of a bunch of junior girls on multiple accounts? Not just even Plushenko. It is horrid. If the adults had any interest in protecting these children from online trolls, they'd at least take the first step and log off.
Making "professional announcements" is different from posting videos repeatedly and documenting daily life. And as I said, it's not just him, it's a lot of people.Plush announced an injury of his student as to why she wouldnât be attending an international competition, and a bunch of people ran with it, leading to him posting clarifying content as an addendum. Oh, how I wish that were true, about some of these "researchers".The fan fests border on obsessive to me but I would presume most of the participants, like those in her fan clubs are likewise children.
She's out. They said they expect her to return to competition in January or February. Is Veronika out for all of the JGP or would she be going to a later one?
Or we don't know???
This is laughable considering the reason I even got back into watching figure skating as an adult who hadnât known anything about it since I was 4 or 5 watching the olympics with my mom was because of the Eteri camp. A video of Zagitovaâs Don Quixote at the Olympics was recommended to me on YouTube, and from there I found Zhenya and the 3A who are still my favorites of all time. I have no care for one coach or the other, think Kira is out of line in her discussion or again an environment she is not in just for clout, stopped watching the Skating Lesson because of a similar gossipy, dramatic, speculative style of skating discourse, and have significant respect for Eteri who reminds me very much of my favorite coaches from high school.Funny. When such discussions were going on about the Tutberidze group, everything was fine. A huge number of posters on various forums (including this one) an infinite number of times searched for abusing in the Tutberidze group (how did Kira Korpi write? now I will Google " The Tutberidze Factory is a sign of the inhuman culture that our sport accepts. ", oh yes, old Kira Korpi burns)
But it was worth touching on the Plushenko group - Oh! how many immediately started talking differently"13 year old", "you are stalkers" (And this is despite the fact that, unlike Eteri, where people just fantasized tall tales, everything is clearly shown - how children with injuries skate on ice.)
Shall we speak directly? Personally, I like to talk directlyYou don't like Tutberidze because she is our flagship, who turned russian women's figure skating into an irresistible force. This and only this is her greatest sin in your eyes. And Plushenko is the one who puts sticks in her wheels and your sudden love for him of most of you is based on this.
Slightly off-topic maybe, but I read this wrong and thought you were saying that you got into figure skating because you found Alina's Olympic Don Quixote when you were 4 or 5. I almost got sad because "Wow, 2018 was so long ago? I'm getting old..." and then realised that wasn't quite right and snapped out of it.This is laughable considering the reason I even got back into watching figure skating as an adult who hadnât known anything about it since I was 4 or 5 watching the olympics with my mom was because of the Eteri camp. Zhulin said that senior girls are lucky theyâre not competing against her, cause she would drink their blood.Blessed we are by SuperSonic![]()

Hey, didn't he say something containing blood in the past already?Zhulin said that senior girls are lucky theyâre not competing against her, cause she would drink their blood.![]()

She just wins too much, so all the spotlight is on her. It isn't that she doesn't have flaws, but it's the fact that other coaches too have them but don't get bashed the same.Shall we speak directly?
