apologies if this has already been asked (it probably has), is there a certain date they have to announce the team by?

I'm very glad that Alisa Dvoeglazova is a two-eyed Alice. It would be more difficult for the coordination if she only had one eye
But what if she were wearing glasses, though. That totally changes everything! lol. (LHOTP reference, I binged on it recently!)

Hmm...Russian Juniors will clash with 4CC. Sorry 4CC, you are priority #2.
ISU really risk to lose their senior competitions ratings and revenue if they push through their age raising proposal. Actually - they are losing it even now
Akateva - 3A 4T 4S
Zhilina - 3A 4T 4S (4Lz)
Muravieva - 3A (4S)
Petrosian - 4T 4Lo (4F)
Zinina - 4T
Samodelkina - 3A 4T 4S 4Lz (4Lo 4F)
Zakharova - (4T)
Titova - 3A 4S
Dvoeglazhova - 4T
Lagutova - (4T)
Rubtsova - 3A
:eek2:

"Raising age is going to preserve health" narration is little too late to rely on now, I think 😅 You just can't stop progress

The olympic team is announced officially:

Kamila, Sasha, Anna
Subs: Liza, Maiia

As expected. And Mozalev!!!:p

I wonder if the alternates will go to China too, and sit and wait in the shadows in case of shit happens....?

Hopefully they are going to name a 3rd alternate on the documents submitted. I know it is very unlikely she is going to replace the main team but with how the world is going on right now, they need that assurance that they have a back up.
Surely third alternate has to be Sinitsyna? But I'm not sure they're going to name one since all the team and alternates are at Krasnoyarsk at the moment...

Funny, Victoria Morozova has the same place after the short as her team mate Ivan Popov. :coffee:

There's only 3.5 points between 4th and 10th and they're not that far from 3rd either. The bronze medal will be decided by the free skate but the top 2 have strong tech so they'll probably stay that way barring meltdown.

I'm gunning for Zhilina but she'll need to be clean to be on the podium.

In this comp, they all have to be! Any mistake is fatal, basically.
