These reactions worry me? I'm such a catastrophiser but when I see this I worry that the mistakes will get into their heads and they'll be so desparate to land the jumps that it will become more and more difficult and then there'll be a mental block and soon they won't be able to jump at all!!

As it seems that Akatieva is not eligible for senior Nats, there will be 7 places qualifying from Russian Cup.
So Gulyakova made it after all.
Sviridenko will be 1st alternate.

Still early days to say how this plays out. With the uncertainty of Usacheva, Sviridenko might make it. But if Zhilina WD from JGPF then Zinina will be in.
