That error on the combination. Still, I love Karen. I think that she and Satoko are miles ahead of the rest of the women skaters in artistry.

I think Alena new program would work if she had the level of commitment to work up a mediocre program like she did with Twilight. But right now she still looks tentative. She doesnt have the aura of certainty that Eteri skaters usually give off

We won't know until the protocols are out, but I suspect some dropped levels or UR's.

Her elements were exquisite, and her initial tech held up. Both Alysa and Alena lost about 4 points from the tech box to the posted TES.

Her life doesn't, but an Olympic spot does. One mistake this season and she could be off the team for good. So she's fighting and doing a fantastic job of it.
