Missed quite a lot of skaters as I can only watch sporadically but:

Madeline, wow! I last saw her at Nationals and I remember her not even having a triple triple?! And now she does 3Lz+3T at her first Worlds? That‘s amazing! Also liked how she smiled through the program even though her skating skills aren‘t the best....

Loena. She‘s back!! Unfortunately I missed the first half of her skate, only tuned in for the 2A and the fall. But her skating skills, spins, speed and presentation really are in a class of their own in that group. Such a shame on the flip, would easily have been above 70 otherwise...

Jenni also stood out to me, beautiful jump entries and I love her smooth skating! Her step sequence was particularly great. The program overall, though, a bit bland if beautiful of course.

And last but not least: Josefin! That‘s why it‘s so worth it to watch the first few groups - there‘s skaters who you‘ve never seen or heard of before but who do so well. She‘s not a great jumper (that 2A technique made me cringe) but she made that up in presentation. So committed, right from the start, you could really tell how happy and excited she was to be here. (that costume, though....I don‘t have many words to describe it and none of them are positive)

They are currently renuning Josefines skate. I will stay around a bit longer and see if we get an interview then Ill switch back to ISU unless the quality improves

I mean Leona is going to qualify unless the rest of the field suddenly develops a consistency that has never been seen before. I would say it will make it much harder for her to get into the top 10 now. She definitely has the quality to be a top 10 skater here. That fall is going to make it a much bigger reach in the FS.
