Injury

Series of injuries to be more precise, that caused Anna was instatly forced to interrupt her training plans, required several surgical interventions, all this caused she retired.

Bad lifts are scarier than bad throws, especially when the man has insecure bladework.

I enjoyed the Ave Maria skate from Liza and Martin. Only one thing disconcerted me ... after a throw jump, he skated away in the opposite direction. Almost as if he turned his back on her. I can't rerun my stream to make sure ... can anyone tell me if I saw that wrong?

Me too, but none of the lift had more than level 2, that's not good. And they lost to Hungarians...

Warm up time allowed me to catch up. I quite liked the Hungarian team and am happy with them in first. Zhuk/Bidar are promising as well.

Hmm, I'm wondering, would it be possible to fake a throw jump? Let's say the lady has a really stable 3Lo, could she jump it with the man just pretending to throw her without actually interfering with her timing, take-off, etc...?
