Sofia A seems out of it, im worried. During the warm up yesterday she landed all her 3a attempts only to fall in the program. I feel like this might have shaken her. This girl devolved into a nervous skater out of nowhere

In case Russians return to the international competitions I really wonder how they deal with the raise of the age limit.

The seniors we are seeing now (the ones who turned 15yo before july 1st) will be the only intl seniors for the next two years. An interesting field who will have less pressure for those years because they won't fear that a group of stronger skaters will come take their spots.
Imo Russians will adjust to the new age. It isn't like at 17/18 they can't jump anymore, they can struggle like any other skater on the planet, but it's that there is already someone better behind.

She completely blew up in that second GP appearance. Russian Nationals was out of character to be so stable.
