Either Russian and ISU scores are inflated, it is impossible to deny either Russian ladies and pairs are miles ahead of the international skaters, for me GP pairs are unwatchable and ladies live in the mediocrity, the distance with Russians would be bigger instead of improvement they are in the comfort zone, only juniors are moving forward . In a regular season most of the final spots would be taken by Russian

The way they score internationally this year is by over rewarding easier elements and docking harder ones. Chances are, by the time Russians are back, every jump they make will be UR and ! called. Harder tech will not be rewarded as much.

Russian scores are ridiculous, I just accept it and move on.
Do Russian scores tend to be even more inflated than other countries' domestic scores? How would you, so to speak, convert a Russian score to international? Would a 240 at a Russian event be the equivalent of like a 225 at an international event?

International judging today is absolutely no different from what it was at last Olympics.

RGP tech panels (except for ID) are sometimes more strict than GP.

More than in Japan - probably.
More than in USA - no.

You can't just say 'This skate deserves X less points'. The only way to find out it is to rescore a certain skate with a lower GOE and a lower PCS.
