Petya and Anna have improved loads this season, they are young and new and I cant wait to see how much better they will at the beginning of next season!

Do we know why K/R skipped junior nats?

I assume they skipped it to compete at Moscow Novice Champs. They had little chance of making the federal Jr National team, but the Moscow national team wouldn't be an issue, plus if they're selected for Novice Nats, they don't have a bad shot at making the Novice National team either.
