You guys are giving me too much credit!
Korean ladies will probably come to audience's part of arena (arena is split in 2 parts, athletes' section is separated from general public) so this will be the best chance to give them crowns, however...I don't know if I will approach them as I don't want to make them uncomfortable:/
I also would like to gift Ice Dance teams, top 3 after RD in particular (since I made some of crowns all 3 teams in mind), and to Mao Shimada...
