2022 World Figure Skating Championships: Men's Free Skate

I'd forgotten how awesome skating is with a crowd clapping along!

Adam doesn't quite have the experience yet to immediately recover from a mistake, but he's improved so much since coming up from juniors. His progress over this next quad is going to be fun to watch. And what a thrill for him to skate well in front of a home crowd.

You gotta love a skater that goes so all in on their edges that they fall. Adam SHF is so exciting to watch. That speed and power are awesome. He's ALL in. I cannot wait to see what programs he comes up with next. Give him a 10 for Performance!!

A bit of a mixed skate by Adam, but it was great to see him come out of his shell and perform a lot more than he did in the SP. I really appreciate his out-of-the-box music choices and awesome step sequences. However, the program was really empty in the first part - Skate in a circle, jump, repeat.

All right! Great skate! Heh, he got a little too excited after he landed the third quad and made a few silly mistakes afterwards, but was able to calm down enough to bring it home.

I was in disbelief when witnessing Adam nailing 3 quads ... then the errors crept in, including pops and a trip during one of his transitions. But he gave a lot of joy to people here!


He gets a SB so he definitely is satisfied, Imagine his score without these mistakes!
