Well, I feel he deserved it because they were skimping on his GOEs both days. But the load in the final and the fact that he has really limited content versus the juniors...I hope he gets noticed though for future competitions. They ignored him for National Team when he had really good season save for Nationals... anyway. Here is hoping for something good to come out of it for Popov.

As someone who watches esports, double elimination seems fairer to me. But in a jumping championships, it would be VERY long and everyone would be VERY tired by the final.
