This season there's no official Youtube stream. Replays are uploaded on this channel after a competition is over. There are two ways to watch the official broadcast:
1) Channel One website. The website is blocked in some countries by local providers. You can use Dutch VPN if you are from Europe, or Canadian VPN if you are from the USA to avoid the block.
2) VLC media player. Open this link: https://1tv-live-gcore.servicecdn.ru/dash-live3/streams/sport-1/sport-1.mpd via the player. This option is preferable because the broadcast quality will be better.

Who is missing?
Daria Sadkova whose fan page conformed isnt injured and none of Davydenko boys got invited even tho Ivan was the 3rd strongest jr boy this season and while Andrey hasnt had the best of seasons but he is still one of the national team men. Skaters like Liza Andreeva and Valeria Lukashova from team tut also could have been invited.

I think Mozalev might be injured and tbh jumping tournament is not a place where he would shine, so sitting it out and healing makes sense

Fortunately he is not injured, there is no such information. Everything seems to be relatively fine right now. He literally performed about forty show numbers in the last two weeks in Plushenko's show and he had no health problems and triple jumps and 3-3 cascades (he performed single triple jumps in the morning shows and cascades in the evening show). I think that at least Andrei's triple axel and quadtulup didn't go anywhere during these three weeks. However, he might have thought it wasn't enough and he wasn't prepared enough, with his perfectionism. But earlier Andrei said in an interview that he would be competing in this tournament, so it's not very clear what has changed in the meantime.

I guess Davydenko's group is not welcome, because both strong players were not invited, nor was the steady athletic Gushchina. Yeah, she doesn't have an ultra-s, but hell, half the babes invited here don't have anything stronger than a triple lutz.

did they put up quotas for schools because some people that I thought would be here are missing for no reason.

I doubt it. AoP has a large number of listed skaters. They even entered novice Mikhail Aleksakhin.

Hm. I just noticed there's no Mozalev. But does that mean that his application was not approved? If it was about quotas, Mozalev and Ramzenkov would be on the list.

I don't think everyone has a desire to participate. There is no Savosin on the list, for instance. The rules look pretty exhausting to compete on them.

This is in the case of Davydenko's team having their own personal quotas, not their sports school quotas. Maybe Mozalev's slot went to Polyansky, he obviously has more chances to be in the top, ha ha.

We don't know yet what happened, why Andrey is not participating, although he wanted to, there could be many reasons. But it looks like this will be the first jumping tournament without Mozalev, in all previous ones he participated and performed quite well.

Mozalev looked like he was still recovering in the Nationals, his 3A is often q'd and shows are better for him anyway, because jumps are not his forte. Anyway, I think it is the right decision by his team not to enter it and continue working on other things. Look at Selevko and Rizzo medalling with a single 4T at Eu.
