I don't know what is going on with the Kovalevs, but it's quite sad to have to say that this was better than most of their SP this season so far considering this was far from the secure and convincing performances we have seen at times from them.

Still, at least just one fall for them today and the 3T was just under and not popped, or downgraded (I think).

This is a nice program for K/O. Tough it's nothing revolutionary, it's certainly better than the sadboi epidemic we've seen other pairs succumb to.

They managed to do the 3S well today, and the 3STh wasn't that bad for a new element. Overall, well done

It is certainly one of the programs falling into the category of "generically lovely" but I'd currently take that over a number of choices made by other skaters At least it's not a terrible cover of a good song

Well, at least the scores are improving with each outing:

At the Autumn Classic last month, they scored 47.87.
At the Master's de Patinage last week, they scored 50.53.
At the Finlandia Trophy today, they scored 55.83.

I, erm, like Camille's costume (the jury's out on Pavel's, though)...
