They are probably paying the appropriate rights' holders. Though I remember at least a couple of videos getting a copyright strike even on the ISU JGP channel.

The channel admin is saying they are getting taken down for copyright strikes and this has never happened before.
Nervous for the actual competition.

Well last year they muted the sound in between programs and during the warmups and that seemed to stop the copyright strikes.
