his technique has improved a lot... sometimes... it still gets wonky... but Ravi is taking him somewhere else and it's wonderful to see his progress... he was at TCC before... it wasn't working out... but the real damage was probably done by his first coach... (navarro) ... awful technique when he started.. and he was landing all quads (but axel) but all of them were weird... I have been following since juniors and well... i am super biased but very happy for him...

Wow - that's almolst Lysacek tall. I liked a lot of what I saw- looking forward to seeing him progress.

Ah... well, he's got the right coach now to sort that out. I've been watching him on and off for a few years now, and I've always felt like his time is just around the corner... but maybe this time it's true.

So happy that Shun Sato blessed us with his gorgeous jumps today. They are a thing of beauty when he's on. He just needs to continue working on the performance and to add more flair. I love his skating so much that I'll overlook it though.
