2023 World Figure Skating Championships Men's Short Program

I have two jobs and holiday from main one, but with the second one I can decide myself when and how much I produce. I am so called early bird so these comps in Japan are great for me. Now it is about 9 here, just perfect and I can work during pauses and later at the evening. But I will have a break now.

Gee Conrad, what are you doing down there?

Vladimir L!

Boyang is starting in 14th?!

Jason!

Gosh, Moris is starting high, I really hope he can do his best this competition! It was very sad at the Euros and GPF this season after he had such an amazing 2022 Worlds!
what do you mean?? Conrad in the first group? Simple... he has barely any world standing points... probably same for Torgashev...

Well... I want these things ;

Conrad and Keegan making the free
Adam making the final flight
Shoma managing to skate well despite his ankle.

Cha landing a beautiful 3lz-3loop combo
Andrew and Sota skating elegantly and beautifully.

The rest, I don't care ;)

Oh for some reason I thought Conrad would be higher up in the standings? I might have mixed him up with someone else?

But yeah, hope he's ready to go today!

First time I've heard the name "Graham" pronounced the same way as the weight "gramme".

But, I'm not going to complain, because that male rinkside announcer has such an impressive booming voice.

last year, he did badly at Nationals, didn't get out... he also wasn't managing to gain points in GPs... he switched to Ravi over the summer.. so the fall was iffy... Since Nationals, he is better... did well at 4CC but not to make a difference in his world standings... maybe you are thinking about Roman?

To the boys and a nice SP!

NGL, I was hoping to see Yaro P here, but I guess he didn't do well enough at Nats - which I totally forgot to watch...

Working early again so going to miss most of the Men's SP 😞
Best of Luck to all the guys!

Want to mention how happy I am that Kazuki and Sota are finally able to represent Japan at a WC at the same time
They've been friendly rivals since very young, who have motivated and supported each other through some difficult times
So regardless of how they perform, score or place in this competition, I'm relieved to know they'll be there for one another, sincerely cheering each other on until the very end
Skate strong, Kazuki and Sota!
Do your best!
