they have been doing doubles throws all season... you can also see on the replay... he is not really throwing her yet... work in progress for new pairOh dear - a rough skate by Ellie and Danny!Were those double throws planned? They do have a lot of potential, and they are well matched. I also really liked their lifts. Onward and upward!

What a shame about the fall on the entry to the death spiral - I assume it's still going to be counted because he continued his entry curve and hadn't attempted to use his toe pick yet?
Good skate otherwise, apart from the two falls, they just don't have the difficulty yet to quite have enough room to make up for mistakes.

Danny is such a solid partner. After Ellie's mistakes, it's like he's just transferring some of his mental strength to keep her focused and fighting. They haven't been together long and she's pretty young, so they'll need to work on difficulty for the next season.

I recommend Danny pay a visit to the solarium, it might make the bald head less blinding and distracting.

My wifi kicked out for a while and I had to restart. I was furious b/c thought had missed the Aussies and Elie/Danny...but blessedly, the ISU stream paused during the restart so now I get to catch up! 
I wonder about those double throws. She seems to have decent jumps; hope they can get those triples going by next season. Their lifts and synchronization are strong!Oh dear - a rough skate by Ellie and Danny!

Another very nice skate for Ellie & Danny. There were mistakes but the overall impression was still quite strong. I am impressed with her ability to match his speed. Their lifts are spectacular. Very nice way to overcome the stumble on the death spiral. Some very pretty position by this team Some easier throws and jumps are part of the learning process. I can't wait to see this team a year from now. Bravo to them.
Also - I need to see them use Danny's bald head and do The King and I next year.

Hey, the Germans and Aussies are both in the top 10 
Not sure how much higher they'll climb, but what an improvement in the standings for both (5 spots for Annika and Robert)
