Yeah, I disagree with that. There have been so few pairs teams. Why not give skaters a chance to develop? It's a way to strengthen the discipline.

So far, it looks like everyone has been working hard and trying to step it up. It was refreshing to see Gamez/ Korovin skate fairly -- just a slight problem on the 3 twist dismount. With Marina Zoueva coaching, it looks like she's helped them with some strategy and practice to the point where Isabella looks more confident. Korovin didn't look as down in the kiss 'n cry, but not as smiley as Isabella. Congrats to them! Will be nice to see them continue to improve.

So far, I have no argument with the scoring. Ellie/ Danny did a double throw, which made the difference between the numbers for them and Lia/ Trennt. And it is correct for Ellie/ Danny to be slightly ahead on PCS. They have smoother flow and better choreography at this stage.
