When I was going through the schedules on the movie channels on Monday, there were two channels that were showing a Christmas film.

One of them was one of these made-for-TV romantic films, but the other was an adaptation of "A Christmas Carol" that I watched a couple of years ago (at Christmas), "Scrooge" (1935).
