That was really good. Hopefully that’s a sign of a solid competition because she’s only the third skater out. She has good musicality, good basics. I liked the ending of the program, too when she’s spinning in almost complete silence. Heh, good music choice with just the right amount of emo.

At my time zome pairs started at 4.00. I am jealous. I still have about 6 years before I can retire from my main job. I probably keep the second one, side job. after that because I csn chiise how much and on which time I work. But I have clear plans what to do if I stay healthy.

At the Maria Olszewska Memorial on Sunday, there were 3 elderly Czech ladies and an elderly Polish gentleman competing. They must have been well into their 70's. But they were really good!



It just goes to show - you're never too old!

I once had a physio comment I had the tightest hamstrings she'd ever seen and there were 65+ year old people in my yoga class who were more flexible. Ah, a sad state of affairs.

Last year 55.71 was enough for the free. 33 skaters. I am afraid Kristen will not make it.
