2023 World Team Trophy Men's Free Skate

Jun would have to be first in the Free for Korea to go ahead. Placing second would lead to a tie, and as far as I know, the tie-breaker is the highest team points of two different disciplines for the current segment, i.e. for Japan it's 11+11, and for Korea, it would be 12+11 in this case, i.e. Korea would win the tie-breaker.
That would mean that no one else bombs. Otherwise the Japanese men would climb higher in the score.

True, but there are only three more skaters to go, including Jun. Kevin is flopping a bit, but so far not enough for him to end up below the Japanese skaters (probably?).

and now
