Only if Moscow has event of their life and SPb bomb something like 5 jumps round.
the big issue is the men and looking at composition ratio of men vs everyone else Moscow was doomed from the start they needed more woman and pairs allowed but even then only thing that could have saved them was juniors.

I can try to explain it by saying that the twist and throw M/G are significantly better. But I'm not sure that should outweigh a noticeable mistake from Galliamov.
She made a mistake in her jump.
The judging of this pair is consistent . They got what they got during the whole season . That's why there were not on the podium in the Russian championship

Gushchina has nice jumps
She is the best non-ultra-c skater in the world. She is the real Russian National bronze medalist. She deserves those extra 8 points which kept her from 3rd easily. She was shameless robbed of at least like 4 in the SP alone.

Mathematician missed it
If I had any hope whatsoever she would restore it this fast I probably would've watched.

But no juniors... Its just so sad.

WOW!

I would send Gushchina to the Olympics. Adelia might perform like this at the qualifying event. Gushchina hasn't missed a jump all season.
Unfortunately Gushchina doesnt have a big enough BV gap. She will get pummelled by international judges. Its literally impossible for her to win. However if we could guarantee perfect judging I wouldn't mind seeing her there.

Shameful day for TSHT.
Maybe it IS good I didnt watch after all then... sounds like my favourite Eteri Trio were all struggling...

I'm going to watch. Hopefully it doesn't go for over 6 hours like yesterday. I couldn't imagine it going longer than 3 hours based on the number of skaters, but I have no doubt they'll fill it with all kinds of exhibition performances, interviews, probably have Trusova announce that she's pregnant, etc.

The schedule is in the OP. 4 hours planned.
