Some of Ksenia's jumps were much bigger, I think they are reworking her jumps, and it takes some adjustment.

And yes, she had a lot of problems with jumps before. She almost got rid of URs just last year.

I'm watching her in 2021 and it was a different level. Clearly something is wrong. Even if you want to claim she was only good since last year we still need to explain why they immediately took all these steps back? This skater is significantly less interesting to watch than the one with the bach/tchaikovsky programs. Its not just a little bit of jump issues, all the skating is so rough. The SP is acceptable but this FS needs to be deleted and fully reworked. This needs explanation.

I don't claim that. I'm talking about the jumps only. They were better last season than any other season. And I don't mean she wasn't good before.

Well thats fine, but I'm clearly talking about something more. Even in that case we need to explain this immediate regression in just jumps.

Consider her holistically. Yesterday we both agreed that her inferiority to Frolova was clear even without a fall. That should never be the case. She doesnt stand out at all anymore. Thats insane if we know who we are talking about. Go watch her Bach/Tchaikovsky/Queens Gambit and tell me its ok that this is now just another unindividuated skater. The SP is salvageable its very cognitively impressive but still not what it should be and the FS is fully bricked. Know how she used to show herself on the ice and now realize if this was the first skating season you ever watched you would just group her in with other girls like Gushchina. Wow. Even as the 2nd biggest Gushchina fan on this forum always mentioning her potential I find this unacceptable. She is indistinguishable now from any 2nd tier competitor. You cant say thats normal or acceptable. There are serious questions here.

A "let me deal with the jumps first then I will show you how i skate" program. This boy has a good artistic potential. If only he was better at jumping.
