So, it looks like they are not going to show the Podium Ceremonies for the Ice Dance and the Pairs Skating.

I'll just repeat what I said in the Pairs thead when another member said pretty much the same:

That was what I thought.

But you could see the podium and the (pink!) carpet set up on the ice when they showed the arena for a couple of seconds between the montage ending and the logo that denotes the end of the broadcast appearing.

So, I thought they might have changed things this year.

I saw these comments and I was surprised . I was in the arena yesterday . There were no announcements about any ceremonies except of the breaking news and Kogan/Siharulidze speech . And I don't see any videos or photos from the alleged ceremony as well on the social media

Mmmm. The plot thickens.

Maybe the staff were just taking the opportunity at the end of the day to practice, to see how quickly it would take them to set it up, and then how quickly it would take to take it down again..

Well, it doesn't matter.
