The skating gods have forsaken me, but I keep making useless wishes anyway.
I wish Nika could have just one program not choreographed by Danny G.

We wish this for all skaters choreographed by DG with his balanced mix of tired and bland to not distract the skater from getting maximum points.

I'm glad Shun didn't quit when he had all the shoulder problems. He really is turning into a good skater.

He is one of the fastest rotaters I've ever seen and he has worked on his performance, but I'm yet to actually like any of his work. Picasso effect, I believe it's called, appreciating quality yet not being enamored by it

Not as good as his SP, but this is still a very good program. Sato is now listening to his music and he can pull off this sort of program. Also, his spins used to look as if they were beat with an ugly stick. He’s improved on that, as well.

Exactly! If he had a conceptual program playing someone held hostage he would be excellent, but the only thing that interested me was his spin splat.

No way should he have earned 73.60 points for PCS - that's ridiculously high
