I just met Ellie and Danny at the supermarket 😅 I chatted to Danny for a bit and he was so nice 😊
@surimi the weather is quite good today, finally the rain stopped. It should be fine until Saturday and it is quite warm. We'll have around 20° most of the time. Only if you go up to Nebelhorn, there it's cold and windy 😁

The weather is fine and will be for the next days.

When I arrived today in Immenstadt, the buses were totally crowded (I've arrived in the evening).

On a different note: Will there be a GS meet up?

Yikes, I hope me, my companion and our suitcase will make it on one O_O I'm also arriving in the evening. What do the restaurants look like? If they look like the buses, I guess I'll stay in my room with leftovers from home... better to be prepared for the worst, and get a pleasant surprise, that's my philosophy. :)

I don't know if there's a meetup, but I'm going to be easy to spot I guess. Orange jacket, and probably the tallest girl around, with a Sota banner during men's competitions... Whoever wants to is very welcome to say hi. If there's someone I met before (like Synesthesia... you coming?) and I have a blank look around you, my profound apologies - I have a *terrible* memory for faces so chances are high that I didn't recognize you.

I'll have a black and yellow bag with figure skating terminology printed on it and I'll probably have a camera hanging around my neck most of the time so I'll be easy to find too 😅

I think it was last season that she started skating for Spain.

From what I remember reading on here at the time it was revealed that Emelia was switching, her mother is Spanish. So it made sense to go that route.

Does anyone have an updated link to the practice schedule? The ISU results page lists just the competitions. And when does the Kasse open, please? I have my booked + paid tickets to pick up there, but I doubt it will open before 9.

There's a schedule at the event page from the Deutsche Eislauf Union. Men's practice is on right now at rink 1, after that it's the women's turn. I think the Kasse opens at 9 or 9:30, can't remember right now...

Yes, they're there - I've spotted them in the audience - wearing darker than normal pink jackets.
