2024 World Championships Free Dance

Very interesting. But I think unlikely that p/p will see anywhere like they got at Skate Canada. The last 2 years the scores there seem to be inflated from what they get the rest of the season. If I was them I'd be very frustrated by that inflation so early because it makes it hard for them to get progressively higher scores as the programs mature over the season.

I think they might, the program is great and they are at home. I see them with silver and a big finish for Lajoie/Lagha ahead of both FB/S and R/A.

I am hoping that the emotion that Piper and Paul's FD brings will give them a top score. I might not be top of the podium but I hope they are rewarded for their technical and artistic skills. Otherwsie, let Madison and Evan and Charlene and Marco put forth their best and let the numbers fall.

I am watching on Peacock and can't wait to hear Mark and Tonia. They are really my favorite commentators right now- knowledgable, insightful, compassionate and full of genuine enthusiasm for what's going on. They were great with the Pairs last flight and capturing the emotions of the skaters and arena!

I'm afraid that I won't be joining you guys today. Apart from the fact that I haven't seen the Short, I am currently eating. And afterwards I will be catching up on today's races from the MotoGP round in Portugal (I was watching the races from the World Superbike round in Spain at the time).
