Yes, but she trains in Moscow. And they decided to form teams based on the city this year. So, they sent her to SPb team to somewhat balance odds. The same in pairs, half of them from Perm.

Literally one good skate in men's for SPb and one bad for Moscow.

The difference that men can create is the main strength of the St. Petersburg team. The only problem is Ugozhaev's withdrawal.
