Hase/Volodin have great elements, like the exit out of the combo spin and the final lift. And they are consistent. But they are missing something vital with musical connection. I think this program would have been more impactful if skated by another team.

Another great skate from Maria and Alexei! This team has had such a glow-up from the past few seasons, they have worked so hard on their basics and PCS scores and it shows. While they may not be on the podium today, they are absolutely a team on the rise for next quad. I prefer their SP over their FS, I feel like the short shows off more of their personality, but this is easily the best material of their career. The speed heading into their last lift and some of the effort given to the choreo is really impressive.
