2025-26 Russian Local Events – Discussion

BTW I wonder how many of these girls has a chance to get to junior cup. There were originally 12 girls at the test skates, 2 of them will probably go to seniors, so that would be about 10 for cup. Last season if I'm not mistaken 15 girls from Moscow were taken to Cup, so like 5 girls from here can make it?
 
Daria Lebedeva had impressive premiere in Eteri's ream, very good skate. Shes the highest TES so far, but her components are low. 64.44.
 
Polina Martynenko is a nice performer, but some technical issues was there, biggest one was bad exit from combo (usually it is said step-out, but this was rather like "step-in").
 
Sofia Sarnovskaya delivered good jumps, just made a mistake in steps, also hardly caught the music in the second half. Though she looked better than at the test skates.
 
Unknown Fedchenko girl Polina Pavlikova was a nice surprise, among other things I think the only steps level 4 so far.
 
And Sofia Smagina from Davydov just after her was very good too, with some kind of beast/orc program, and she goes even over Dzepka.
 
Ulyana Vasilieva started well, but she run out of steam at the end, steps and last spin put her on 9th place, but still good skate.
 
Maiia Sarafanova messed 2A and also steps were not the best, but she had the best combo.
 
Vera Maiorova made some mistakes but she fought till the end and was able to deliver 3Lo+2A+2A after two falls.
 
Alisa Eren tried 4T but fell. Then she had 3Lz+2A fall (I suppose it should have been 3Lz+2A+2A) and one more random fall. Pity because otherwise this was very promising.
 
Anna Kolesnik started with fall but then delivered very nice and kinda mature skate. There is no doubt why she already trains with older group in Eteri's school despite being just ten. It was also visible how genuine she was after her skate.
 
Polina Boreisha had IMO weaker program than other girls before her (maybe it's my aversion to ugly Queen covers), but was the cleanest technically.
 
Sofia Vagina is really good jumper, just till the end she run out of steam and made two mistakes. But for one of the youngest skaters there today she did just fine.
