Late to post here but...
I thought Ilia's program was fine. There were some cool moments like the raspberry twist with the sit spin, and of course his ease in pulling off difficult jumps right out of transitions. I could hardly make out the voice over, and wasn't sure if it really was him. The quality of the video wasn't great, and the sound system in the rink didn't seem to be top tier. The program has room to grow, and I certainly don't think he should scap it.
Adam...love the concepts for both programs and his musicality, but he's got to get a handle on the jumps. He's off balance and off center for many of them. Hopefully his team can figure it out because he's one of my favorites and so talented.
I've really tried to be open minded, but I just can't find anything I like about Shun's skating. I don't like his warhorse programs, I don't like his lack of expression, and I found myself reaching for my phone because I was bored to tears.
Max, Memola and Yuma were wonderful. Looking forward to seeing more from them this season.
