Boyang Jin looks like he is just crawling along the ice. This is a perfect example of when the skating quality, choreography and interpretation does not match the music at all.

Crazy that Nathan and Shoma have retired but Boyang is still out here. Love seeing his more mature skating style. If he keeps building on this performance he could have a really nice moment at the Olympics.

I'm happy to see Boyang still skating, and the stuffie rain is impressive. This was more of a return to old Boyang, a lot of stroking around to get the big jump elements done and some messiness in the second half. I love the choreo sequence, he's showing his more artistic side there. I like this work with Lori, hopefully he can keep using her as a choreographer if he continues past this season. I had a minor crashout after hearing Andrea Bocelli come in to this Ed Sheeran song and then realizing I can identify Andrea by just a few notes; I've watched entirely too much skating.

Even with this mistakes this is fairly good for him. He knows what he needs to clean up working towards the Olympics.
