Lea Serna definitely cannot be satisfied with this skate and you could see the distress on her face after she finished her skate but she qualified for the FS.

Anna seems much more aware in the air now - she did so well to control a slightly shaky 3Lz and 2A - and I thought this program had more choreographic nuance and performance than I've seen from her in the past. It's a shame about the mistake on the flip but everything else was very well done!

I find Anna is one of the most exciting skaters to watch, with her amazing attack and speed and enormous jumps. Huge 3Lz as ever, who cares if it's only a 2T on the end of that magnificent jump. Her axel was marvellous as well - she gets so much air time. The size of that flip definitely made that landing hard to control. I loved the twizzles with her free leg extended at the end of the step sequence. Two fantastic spins to end, and then she forgot her closing position and lost her balance, oops! Adrenaline rush, perhaps!

Oh, far from perfect but no disaster here. Her skating is spectacular, when she puts it together she should be winning things easily.

Oooo Firebird , my all time favourite piece of music. Strong skate. Too many edits in the music for my liking. But a promising skater, with good presence on the ice.

A new leader 62.73 for Anna Pezzetta from Italy. I love her high jumps and skating skills are very good too I think.
