2025 NHK Trophy Pairs Short Program

Beautiful twist to start with.

Camille fall next to the boards. Oh no. She's landed awkwardly and hurt herself. Husband Pavel has gone over to see to her.

Mark's immediately called a dislocated shoulder.

Pavel helps her up and takes her to the gate. Bruno Massot trying to put the arm back into the socket.

Now Bruno has sent Pavel over to the panel for the formalities of telling them what is going on. Understandably, that was the last thing on Pavel's mind. He was more concerned with his wife.

They have now left the arena.

Get well soon Camille. :ghug:

It's really going to hurt with the US only having the two spots...
such a lovely team, hard to think that their only shot at the Olympics hangs in the balance
Of the US teams that are eligible to go to the Olympics, who is really challenging C/H for that spot though? The other teams are even more inconsistent than they are. C/H are capable of scoring 70+ internationally in the SP when clean, a score no other US team outside of K/O has achieved in the SP at this point in time.

this one didn't look as badly. it dislocated from landing on her hand. The issue with many skaters is that they had this happen all the time and it doesn't take much of a hit to dislocate it. These injuries are so so so painful though. Poor Camille.
Many years ago, we had a friend who repeatedly dislocated his shoulder. It takes less and less force for each repeat. He had it operated on successfully, though the recovery was long. Does France have any other pair for the Olympic team event?

Aurelie FAULA / Theo BELLE & perhaps Louise EHRHARD / Matthis PELLEGRIS

They don't have much of a competitive pair.
