this one didn't look as badly. it dislocated from landing on her hand. The issue with many skaters is that they had this happen all the time and it doesn't take much of a hit to dislocate it. These injuries are so so so painful though. Poor Camille.

Yeah, dislocating shoulders happens all the time in motorbike racing too. And we are used to seeing the rider getting it popped back in within minutes, and being back out on the bike again later in the day.

The adrenalin already running from the competing is a great thing for masking the pain and enabling quick repairs. But it is bound to be mighty sore once the adrenalin wears off! Camille and Pavel had barely started their programme, so the adrenalin may not have been fully running yet. She certainly looked to be in a lot of pain.

But, I'm sure they have the best medical staff on standby at the arena to see to her and sort her out.
