Yes throughout this year season, he delivered 5 quads more than once as far as i remember in the series of RU grand prix

According to unofficial calculations Gleb will still be invited to Federation Cup Final. There're also novice nationals.

So he still has a chance.

There was also a case in the past when Taisia Korobitsina was unable to compete at Jr Nats, although she had earned that right by stages. She was then included in the reserve.

Yes. He's still rapidly growing, head above Lazarev already. And so quads are not working for him for most of the season, and he lost motivation due to it. Hopefully, next season he'll stabilize.

Even on VLC, the streaming is not smooth.

For me VLC has been smooth on a Firestick, but the past two days have been the only time it has been smooth all season (I suppose less people watch juniors).

Yesterday I initially tried to watch on the website directly, but it was just stuttering and stopping (that has been fine most of the year but it's awkward to use).

For senior competition I've just been using Rubtube now which has been great.

It's nothing to do with your internet connection, the VLC stream and Channel 1 has generally been unreliable for me.
