This program is really gorgeous and Emily and Spencer have such quality, and they actually landed their SBS jumps! They weren't fully around but that's huge for this team, as the rest of their elements are really strong and it's usually the SBS that hold them back. Unfortunately, neither of the throws were cleanly done and they almost lost the axel lift, but this was still a good skate for them.

Admiring Emily's extension in her positions because I usually rant on about Spencer's fine aesthetic qualities.

That was much better than I exprected from Chan/Howe after what I saw in the practice and considering they must be still tired and drained after NHK.

Was nice Emily & Spencer FS but i think lack more consistency . Music was a mix very soft and lyrical

Some Chinese teams used to do the same. Get the jumps out first, then go into the twist.

The last lift had a position that I haven't seen before (I haven't seen Howe/Chan on their previous GP), very impressive strength & flexibility from Emily.

Fun fact: It's currently windy and raining outside where I am, and hearing the rain and wind along with the pairs' music is making things extra dramatic!

It was so dark and rainy yesterday during Pairs SP the municipal street lights turned on at 4:30 pm.

The one time I don't trust Laurin/Ethier and leave them out of my predictions they get a FS and overall PB and are guaranteed no worse than 5th place

if you guys want to win the prediction game, just do the opposite of what I do!
