Well LaLa had the second best dance of the season for me. A bit messy in spots but loads of fun and incredibly fast.

that rhythm sequence error really did cost them getting into the 80s

The speed and flow in this rhythm dance was really remarkable, and they have such good knee action. I like the thematic idea of the program, but it's at the same tempo and energy throughout the whole program, which makes it feel kind of long and like it doesn't really have a build towards the end. I appreciate their enthusiasm in the rhythm sequence, but they clearly had some sort of mistiming during it and had a moment of looking confused and trying to figure out what to do. That cost them 7-8 points, which was really costly, especially considering how well they were doing with the other GOE and levels.

I feel really stupid right now. There's a chant for a baseball player named José Ramírez that uses the tune of Olé, but I never knew it came from this song. I feel properly educated after watching that.

Also that was very fun and I enjoyed it a lot.

LaLa! They skated with more abandonment than usual. I think LAJ skated really well.

Should be in 2nd. Hopefully, close to 80.

I really loved Alison & Saulius' dance. So much love and joy in evidence.

And I loved Marjorie and Zach's. If you have to do a 90s dance, then cheerleading is the way to go!
