Carrreira & Ponomarenko had to redo their RD due to a music problem and this one has gotten off to a slow start. It looks a bit rushed here and the costumes used are a bit generic. The 100% Pure Love part works the best for me.

This would explain why this dance feels so random

give him a break. he missed the pick up on their choreo steps and that cost them a huge amount of GOEs.

Of course he is unhappy. Worse, he could have dropped her completely on the ice.

No. But Alison did. That's why the first got a small bronze and the second one - a small silver.

Careeira and Ponomarenko are too serious for this event.

I wonder what they would need to do to be entitled to use the costume designers for IAM headquarters in Montreal. It’s like they skate for the branch office and don’t get the same benefits as the main office

As a lifetime resident of the U.S., I feel obligated to say that all three American teams here have rhythm dances that I find intolerable, even though I like most of their music selections.

It hasn’t been impressive. I almost thought Neset/Markelov were going to challenge Chock/Bates (2025 season) for how many different cuts of music a team can fit in one RD.

Loved Christina & Anthony's skate as well. They 've been some of my favorites since she was 15 and doing blogs of their travels.

I also really loved Leah and Artem. Also the puzzling underdogs, Emily and Ian.
