100%. Watch Dennis's program and count all of the crossovers. Great footwork, fantastic spins and he actually gets good height on his jumps. But there's a definite break between all of the elements.

Being "artistic" and "feel-y" doesn't guarantee High PCS scores don't get me wrong, I think he's fantastic and love his programs, but there are areas where he could tighten up the choreography a bit to increase the PCS even more.
How is this connected to the actual impression of the performance? His quads are not impressive. They do not add anything to this ugly skating. Egadze's PCS were nowhere near as good as Torgashev's. I would argue a bunch of people below him were superior too.
